At Sitiwork, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both domestic helpers and service seekers. Our Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and sets clear guidelines for everyone using our platform. By using Sitiwork, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

1. Respect and Professionalism

- Mutual Respect: Treat each other with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.

- No Hostility: Offensive, abusive, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

- Professional Communication: Maintain polite and professional communication, whether via the platform or during in-person interactions.

2. Discrimination and Harassment

- No Discrimination: Zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or nationality.

- Prohibition of Harassment: Refrain from any form of harassment, including verbal, physical, or emotional abuse.

3. Sexual Misconduct

- Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

- Reporting Sexual Harassment: Report any incidents to Sitiwork immediately.

4. Consensual Sexual Engagement

- No Sexual Engagement During Service: Prohibited during the course of service provision.

- Consequences: Accounts will be terminated immediately if both parties engage in consensual sexual activity during service delivery.

5. Health and Safety

- Safe Working Environment: Provide a safe, healthy, and non-hostile environment for domestic helpers.

- No Substance Abuse: Prohibited during service provision.

6. Service Quality and Responsibilities

- Domestic Helpers' Responsibilities: Perform duties with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.

- Service Seekers' Responsibilities: Provide clear instructions and treat domestic helpers with fairness.

7. Payment and Compensation

- Timely Payments: Make payments through the Sitiwork platform's payment system in a timely manner.

- No Off-Platform Payments: Prohibited.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

- Respecting Privacy: Respect the privacy of others.

- No Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share personal information without explicit consent.

9. Reporting Violations

- Duty to Report: Report any violations or inappropriate behavior.

- Investigations: Sitiwork will investigate all reports thoroughly.

10. Dispute Resolution

- Mediation: Sitiwork offers mediation services to resolve disputes.

- Arbitration: Referral to a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process if necessary.

11. Termination of Accounts

- Suspension and Termination: Sitiwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

- Immediate Termination: Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

12. Legal Consequences

- Potential Legal Action: Serious breaches may lead to legal consequences, including referral to law enforcement.

13. Changes to the Code of Conduct

- Right to Modify: Sitiwork reserves the right to modify or update this Code of Conduct at any time.
